From a distance, the residential towers form a distinctive, undulating skyline that can be seen as one approaches the new Tianfu district.

SCSY studio was commissioned by one of China’s leading luxury property developers to design an elegant upmarket high-rise condominium and villa development in the new Tianfu New District of Chengdu.

Set in a verdant integrated landscaped environment, the design of this development is expected to set the benchmark for a new concept of city living.

With sleek modern towers nestled in lush greenery surrounding a scenic lake, the idea is to create a truly luxurious garden city residence.

All of the residential towers are carefully positioned and oriented to take advantage of the views out towards the new downtown while creating a more organic layout within the development.
